* What You’ll Do:

*** Provide chairside assistance to oral surgeons and prosthodontists during surgical and implant procedures
* Anticipate clinician needs and maintain a clear, organized treatment area
* Assist with administration and documentation of local anesthesia, nitrous sedation, and IV sedation procedures
* Ensure patient comfort, monitor well-being, and educate them on pre- and post-operative care
* Prepare, sterilize, and set up instruments and surgical trays, following strict infection control protocols
* Take dental x-rays and prepare materials for impressions, as directed
* Assist with medical clearances and patient record management
* Support office operations by scheduling, greeting patients, and managing supplies when needed
* Collaborate closely with the surgical and prosthetic teams to ensure seamless patient care
** Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:
*** Previous experience as a Surgical Assistant required
* Valid certifications that meet applicable state requirements
* Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle surgical instruments with precision
* Self-starter mentality with excellent focus on patient safety and care
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
