- Bachelor’s degree (recent grads welcome!)
- Internship or relevant experience in IT/customer support
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Preferred:
- • College Degree
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware/software issues
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware/peripherals
- Handle incoming phone calls regarding customer service inquiries
- Provide accurate, efficient support and meet performance metrics
- Troubleshoot concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
