Position Summary:

The Customer Service Rep is responsible for handling day-to-day general office duties and providing telephone support to customers.

• Excellent communication abilities, strong computer and organizational skills are essential.
• Proficient in use of software including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Intermediate skill level in composing letters and business email.
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
• May require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems.
• Photoshop or photo editing experience is a plus.

• Provide telephone, email and web chat support to customers.
• Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
• Process, enter and follow through with all customer orders using various programs.

• Must be able to multi task.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow thru on tasks until completion.
• Work effectively under pressure and with deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to manage time effectively.
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Self-starter.
