amazing opportunity for recent college grads with 4 yr degree and customer service call center experience. Fortune 500 auto finance company in alpharetta (near avalon). Great temp to hire opportunity – training starts feb 4th.

2–3 weeks of on‑site training 8am – 5pm, monday – friday. After training the schedule is 3 days a week in either 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm, with the remaining 2 days 11am – 8pm. 2 saturdays a month 8am – 12pm. Typical time to permanent hire is 10–12 months.

• handle incoming and follow‑up calls to established customers to assist with accounts.
• take payments.
• schedule payment arrangements.
• bring past‑due accounts current.
• address account issues.
• update information on account.

• bachelor’s degree in any field.
• minimum of 2 years call center experience.
• must be able to pass customer background screening.

pay: $19.5 – $21 per hour.

Shift: first.
