Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills who can drive successful project outcomes while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and execution plans
• Oversee project teams including Project Managers, Engineers, and Superintendents
• Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance
• Monitor project cost controls, forecasting, and change management
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
• Serve as primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants
• Proactively identify risks and implement solutions
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Proven experience managing large, complex commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and project delivery
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in project management and scheduling software
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
