Commercial Construction Estimator – PEMB/Warehouse Experience (Alpharetta, GA)

This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Construction Estimator role at Buildline’s Alpharetta, GA office. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates and budgets, performing quantity take-offs, analyzing subcontractor bids, and working with project managers and leadership to ensure accurate and competitive pricing. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple estimates across different project types.

• Minimum 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Experience with PEMB/warehouse projects strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software and digital take-off tools.
• Strong cost management and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Professional certifications (CPE, CCE) are a plus.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Salary range of $80,000 – $110,000 depending on experience.
