• Lead day-to-day field operations from start to finish.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to keep projects running smoothly.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are always met; safety is a core value.
• Coordinate inspections and site logistics, including materials, deliveries, and equipment.
• Work closely with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers to solve problems and meet deadlines.
• Keep daily reports organized using Procore.

• 5+ years of U.S.
  
  -based commercial construction experience (Metro Atlanta preferred).
• PEMB/warehouse construction experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills, able to manage teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Procore and Bluebeam experience.
• Solid knowledge of OSHA safety standards and local codes.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (required).

• $90,000 – $120,000/year, depending on experience.
• Vehicle allowance.
