Overview
My First Academy is Now Hiring:
Lead Teacher (CDA or Montessori Trained)
We are looking for a caring and experienced Lead Teacher with a CDA credential or Montessori training to lead a classroom and support young children’s learning and development.
Responsibilities- Leading daily classroom activities and curriculum
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
- Supervising and guiding assistant teachers
- Communicating with families
- Following licensing, health, and safety guidelines
- CDA Credential or Montessori training required
- Early childhood classroom experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
