Overview
The Investor Relations Analyst serves as a strategic partner to Advisors by supporting business development efforts of the Family Office division within Blue Trust. This role focuses on managing the sales pipeline process, coordinating and executing marketing and event activities, and preparing high‑quality materials for client and prospect meetings. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to integrating biblical principles into client engagement.

Requirements- Marketing Support:
Prepare briefing pages, PowerPoint presentations, and marketing collateral for prospect and client meetings. - Marketing Materials:
Produce customized presentations and branded materials for meetings. - Pipeline Management:
Manage the Salesforce CRM pipeline process to ensure accurate tracking of prospects and opportunities. Oversee reporting to Senior Management and Advisors for KPI metrics and business plan objective progress. - Event Planning and Execution:
Direct planning and execution of client and prospect events, establish event objectives, advise on format and content, and recommend future events. Attend events as needed. - CRM Oversight & Data Integrity:
Oversee the collection and maintenance of client and prospect data within the CRM system, establish division standards, implement best practices, and ensure information integrity and reliability for sales pipeline and business development decision‑making. - Collaboration:
Partner with Advisors and internal teams to streamline processes and enhance client experience. - Professional Development:
Increase knowledge of financial planning, investment management, and biblical financial principles through training and continuing education. - Conduct:
Approach work, interactions, and relationships in a manner consistent with the Company’s Core Values. Seek to continually increase knowledge of biblical financial principles and scripture memory verses to integrate biblical wisdom into client conversations and services in a manner consistent with Blue Trust’s client counsel approach. - Compliance:
Maintain the highest Compliance standards by adhering to the company’s Human Resources guidelines, Compliance policies and procedures, professional designation standards, and industry regulatory standards to mitigate risk to the company.

- Strong understanding of general personal financial concepts and applications, with a desire to develop a stronger understanding of investment management and planning concepts, applications, reporting requirements, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, marketing, business, or related field.
- Prior experience preferred in sales, marketing, and event planning support role, preferably in a financial services firm.
- Additional education and credentials are a plus, such as MBA, ChFC, CPA, JD, CFA, etc.
