Provide administrative support to the CIO of Technology - Infrastructure and Enterprise Services. This is a part-time role estimated at 10-15 hours per month.
Responsibilities- Processing of expense reports
- Handling travel bookings and logistics
- Facilitating IES Quarterly Awards
- Creating presentations for quarterly All Hands Meetings (including Spotlight recognition collation)
- Authoring quarterly newsletter with the assistance of IES team members
- Handling email communications sent to the entirety of the IES team or a subset depending on content
- Coordinate team social events and Cares events
- 5+ years of experience as an executive/administrative assistant to executive level leadership
- Technical skills in Microsoft Office suite and similar platforms
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $44,500 - $74,100. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
