Job Description
This role will be responsible for coordinating and managing various operational and project-related activities. Key duties include scheduling and overseeing system installations, deinstallations, recertifications, relocations, and upgrades, as well as organizing ramp-up and part quality training sessions. The position also involves managing the Smart Uptime Kit (IOM Platform) by creating and maintaining customer accounts, updating platform information, and placing and tracking initial kit orders.
Additionally, the role will coordinate training schedules with field service engineers, operators, and internal trainers to ensure alignment across programs and timelines. The individual will support project tracking and reporting by working within Power BI, Excel, and Smartsheet to pull data, monitor timelines, and assist with program execution. Pay will range between 20-30/hr.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Analytics, or related discipline)
- 1–2 years of professional experience in a project coordination or similar role
- Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, and Smartsheet for reporting and data analysis
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple schedules and timelines
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating across teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Interest in learning and growing into a Project Manager / Program Coordinator role - Smartsheet Experience (or excel)
