LocationRemote – Alpharetta, GA (remote 5 days a week, with occasional office visits)
Duration & Hours10+ month contract, starting part‑time 20 hrs/week (4 hrs/day) with possibility to increase to full‑time 40 hrs/week.
About the RoleResponsible for delivering risk management support across business units, with a focus on contract review for insurance‑related obligations.
Job Responsibilities- Review contracts to ensure insurance‑related obligations meet corporate risk appetite and standards.
- Identify and recommend key clauses for risk transfer, including indemnification, limitation of liability, and minimum insurance requirements.
- Collaborate with legal and business stakeholders to promote a culture of risk awareness and proactive risk mitigation, fostering collaboration and excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of contract reviews, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor performance metrics related to risk management activities.
- Review and issue certificates of insurance to meet contractual requirements.
- 7+ years’ experience working with a large corporate company and/or law firm/insurance company with contract reviewing experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Remote – Alpharetta, GA (remote 5 days a week; need to be in the office a few times a month).
