Principal Product Manager

• Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive product development and ensure effective communication
• Conduct market analysis and user research to inform product decisions and enhance user experience
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and success
• Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning and backlog management

• Extensive experience in technical and/or supply chain-focused product management
• Proven ability to create product roadmaps and apply prioritization frameworks
• Strong understanding of APIs, software systems, and technical concepts
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and driving ambitious OKRs
• Background in supply chain domain, ideally within FMCG, logistics, or manufacturing products

• Exposure to IoT, telemetry, and asset tracking technologies
• Experience partnering with technical teams, such as data scientists and ML engineers
• Knowledge of defining and managing Data as a Product across various layers
• Familiarity with negotiation, conflict resolution, and expectation setting
• Experience in driving business problem-solving and value realization
