Key Responsibilities

Provides leadership to the Specialty Nutrition Systems product portfolio managing the CORTRAK and CORGRIP businesses with a focus on growing these categories through the development and execution of strategic business and marketing plans.

  • Assist in developing and executing effective plans and programs to drive net sales, operating profit, and market share.
  • Maintain full P&L management responsibility for product portfolios.
  • Develop long‑term strategic business and marketing plans for product portfolio segments.
  • Create pricing strategies that support growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Planning and Finance teams to develop accurate forecasts and ensure required fill rates.
  • Support GPO/IDN strategies to grow and maintain the business.
  • Continuously evaluate product mix to reduce redundancy and align with strategic objectives.
  • Launch new products, including branding, pricing, positioning, messaging, marketing campaigns, training and forecasts.
  • Develop tools and training to improve sales force competency, drive new product sales and provide superior customer service.
  • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing and demand generation programs.
  • Gather customer insights through end‑user focus with physicians/clinicians to inform initiatives.
  • Establish and manage relationships with industry KOLs and lead Sales Advisory Boards.
  • Communicate effectively with sales and cross‑functional teams to ensure collaboration.
  • Seek performance feedback, initiate personal development activities and realize career potential.
Qualifications Required
  • Hybrid position – three days per week onsite in the Alpharetta Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 7 years of product management and sales experience in the healthcare or other regulated industry.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Experience managing cross‑functional teams without direct reporting relationships.
  • Strong collaboration and influence skills.
Preferred
  • MBA with a Marketing or Business concentration.
  • Product management experience within digestive health, enteral feeding, or capital equipment.
  • In-depth understanding of medical device legal and regulatory pathways.
  • Complex project management experience.
Additional Skills
  • Exceptional written, verbal and communication skills.
  • Experience in forecasting and demand planning.
  • Development of strategic business plans and execution plans that drive strategic goals.
  • Ability to assess market and competitive landscape.
  • Successful product launch experience.
  • Understanding of internal/external customer perspectives.
  • Management of an advertising and promotion budget.
  • Knowledge of branding and brand management.
  • Ability to multi‑task and work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
