TV Demand Planning Analyst – Hisense USA

Atlanta, GA | Full‑time

• Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and statistical models.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning teams to align demand forecasts with business strategies and promotional activities.
• Analyze demand variability, forecast accuracy, and bias; continuously monitor forecast performance and recommend improvements.
• Translate demand forecasts into actionable inputs for supply planning, production planning, and inventory management.
• Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to ensure cross‑functional alignment.
• Identify risks and opportunities related to demand changes and proactively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Manage and update demand planning systems and tools (e.g., ERP, APS, forecasting software).
• Support new product launches, phase‑in/phase‑out planning, and lifecycle management.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards on demand trends, forecast accuracy, and key KPIs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling, or demand/supply management (more for senior positions).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across functions.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency; knowledge of Power‑BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Additional language skills are advantageous.
