• Diagnose and repair Ford systems to specification
• Explain mechanical diagnoses and repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisers and or customers.
• Continuously be abreast with changing automotive technology
• Perform assigned work in a timely and safe manner that is consistent with both federal, state and manufacturer and company safe guidelines.
• Ensuring safe use of power and hand-held tools
• Maintain up-to-date training certifications through Ford

• Experience required - Ford experience is a huge plus
• Must be reliable, friendly, and willing to continue gaining training to keep up with the latest technology
• Ability to work independently and effectively diagnose and perform necessary repairs
• Able to work on your feet for long periods of time and lift 50 pounds
• Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
