Document Control Coordinator!
In this role, you will be a part of the Transportation team, for the Alpharetta, GA office.

What a day at EXP has in store for you- Coordinates the electronic distribution process for engineering drawings and documentation.
- Maintains a computer database and document logs of existing documentation that ensures fast retrieval.
- Performs other administrative duties such as data entry, filing, document retrieval.
- Ensures processed documents are complete, concise, accurate, and conform to established formats.
- Manages archival activities for controlled documentation for auditing purposes.
- Communicates with Owner, Developer and Project Team efficiently and effectively.
- Works in a fast‑paced environment under pressure.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in detail‑oriented administrative support for transportation‑focused projects.
- Post‑secondary degree or diploma or equivalent work experience in an administrative capacity.
- Ability to learn Procore and Owners EDMS (E‑Builder).
- Strong people skills, and the ability to work with a wide variety of staff and clients.
- Must have strong Microsoft Office skills. Experience in Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam and SharePoint would be an asset.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Strong typing and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Must be able to meet deadlines, be well organized and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to adapt to existing and new processes.
- Ability to maintain a filing system and accurate records.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
- Any experience in the engineering or construction industry is an asset.
