Executive Assistant – Financial Services

Contract: 6–12 months (with potential for extension or permanent hire)
We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to senior executives in a fast‑paced financial services environment. This role requires excellent multitasking, communication, and problem‑solving skills to ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations for leadership.
What You’ll Do- ✅ Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate domestic/international travel
- ✅ Prepare executives for meetings, including gathering materials and drafting agendas
- ✅ Respond to emails and handle document requests on behalf of executives
- ✅ Create professional presentations, meeting notes, and reports
- ✔ 3+ years supporting C‑Level executives, preferably in Financial Services or a related field
- ✔ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- ✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
