Overview
Hunter Hamilton is partnering with a global, customer-focused organization to identify a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the Americas Business Operations Leader
. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys being at the center of business activity, and brings a proactive, polished approach to executive support.
This open-ended temporary opportunity offers potential for longer-term conversion based on performance and business needs.
What You ll DoAs a trusted partner to senior leadership, you ll play a critical role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and enabling effective execution across the Americas organization.
- Provide executive-level administrative support
, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and expense reporting - Serve as a key liaison between the Americas Business Operations Leader and cross-functional teams across sales, service, marketing, finance, and global operations
- Assist with business reviews, executive presentations, dashboards, and internal communications
- Support operational rhythms such as forecasting cycles, pipeline reviews, budget tracking, and project coordination
- Coordinate logistics for team meetings, customer visits, onsite events, and cross-functional workshops
- Manage documentation
, maintain shared resources, and ensure timely and accurate distribution of materials - Track priorities
, follow up on action items, and help drive accountability across initiatives - Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strong professional relationships at all levels of the organization
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders or business operations teams in a corporate environment
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Experience in technology, print, or manufacturing environments is a plus
