The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to an executive and their team, handling confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting management, travel coordination, preparing correspondence and reports, arranging conference calls, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
The role requires strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels in a matrixed organization.
Qualifications- 3+ years of experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant
- High school diploma/GED required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred - Strong calendar management and organizational skills
- Proactive, adaptable team player with good problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Knowledge of general office procedures and expense management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and phone etiquette
- Proven discretion and experience supporting senior management
