- Exercise substantial discretion and independent judgement on matters that impact the productivity of the office, including administrative procedures, management of relevant vendors, and inter/intra-office communication.
- Manage scheduling of any maintenance for office. Point person for mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands.
- Collaborate with accounts receivables, including collections when a client is paying outside of normal and agreed terms.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Prepare and process hourly payroll as required.
- Assist with data entry and payables as needed to support the financial team.
- Act as a liaison between the operation team, office, clients, and vendors to ensure successful project completion, good communication, and client satisfaction.
- Create systems and procedures to support company growth.
- Manage project-specific bonding and COI procedures.
- Assist as needed and as appropriate in developing and implementing company safety manual policies.
- Manage billing in support of operations and financial team as needed.
- Manage accounts payables as needed to support the financial team.
- Manage company travel and lodging for office.
- Assist in maintaining company and employee licensing and training.
- Be a positive company representative in all internal and external communications.
- Assists in project submittal process.
- Assists in project submittal process to government agencies.
- Prepares project close-out documentation.
- Act in a supportive capacity for any role.
Physical activities: Typing on a keyboard; reading and verifying data, often in small print; sitting for up to 8 hours per day; talking on phone

Location & RequirementsLocation: In person; normal business hours
Minimum Education: High School Diploma
Preferred skill set: MS Office proficiency, Experience in Construction or Environmental Remediation Firm;
Familiarity with RS Means Book
