Our Client, a Global Investment Bank, is seeking an Executive Assistant in their Alpharetta Georgia location.
Position OverviewThe Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to an executive and their team, handling a wide range of responsibilities that require confidentiality, initiative, sound judgment, and discretion. This role supports day-to-day operations by conducting research, preparing reports, managing information requests, and coordinating administrative activities such as correspondence, meetings, travel, and conference calls.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment and demonstrates professionalism, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adapting processes and procedures to meet evolving departmental needs and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to an executive and their team
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference calls
- Arrange domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Receive and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Support general office operations, including filing, expense processing, and document management
- Adapt administrative processes and techniques to align with departmental objectives
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant role
- High school diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred - Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience with calendar management and meeting coordination
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including tables, mail merges, and formatting
- Familiarity with general office procedures, including filing, correspondence, scheduling, expenses, and calendars
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional telephone etiquette
- Demonstrated tact, discretion, and experience supporting senior management
