Overview

Team Assistant – Alpharetta, GA (In office, Full‑time, no remote). Salary: $20–$22 per hour.

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM. Offer based on years of experience.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or related, required.
  • 1+ year of clerical experience, preferably in a medical setting, or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems.
Responsibilities
  • Update the ADT missing elements in the EMR system by reviewing the ADT exception report daily.
  • Participate in stand‑up / down and record census updates daily into the EMR system to ensure admissions, discharges/deaths, transfers, and changes in level of care, team, or branch are captured for accurate census.
  • Assist the Team Director by ordering and maintaining appropriate inventory of medical supplies for the field staff.
  • Process DME orders in the EMR system and ancillary systems.
  • Prepare and assist with IDG preparation and assist the TD as requested in preparing for Team Meeting.
  • Maintain close communication with the Medical Director and community physicians to complete IPOC/485 documents timely and prior to meetings by leveraging the use of eNote and Collaborator.
