Kestra Financial is seeking a personable candidate for a long-term Office Coordinator position at a subsidiary firm in Alpharetta, GA. The candidate should communicate effectively, solve intermediate problems, assist with office tasks, and manage time efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from clients, vendors, etc., and assist as needed.
  • Make outgoing calls to clients, vendors, etc., for service matters or appointment scheduling.
  • Prepare reports using Microsoft Office programs.
  • Send scheduled communications via email/mail to clients.
  • Greet clients upon arrival.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Manage document filing (electronic and physical).
  • Prepare documents (printing, binding, etc.).
  • Perform paper shredding, copying, printing, faxing.
  • Check mail and process through internal systems.
  • Prepare UPS packages for shipping.
  • Maintain office calendars.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Effective problem-solving abilities.
    • Basic research and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Knowledge of Red Tail, Albridge Wealth Reporting, eMoney, Riskalyze/Nitrogen is preferred.
    • Enjoy interacting with multiple people daily.
    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred;
      High School diploma or GED required.
    • At least 2 years of administrative/office support experience preferred.
