Overview
Executive Assistant/Administrative Assistant – Alpharetta, GA (onsite required). Position starts as contract to hire.
Responsibilities- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
- Calendar management: coordinate internal and external calendars, schedule meetings, dinners, workshops, events, and set reminders for key meetings
- Maintain key clients list across multiple accounts
- Track existing and new opportunities across multiple accounts
- Assist in preparing meeting materials, reports, and presentations
- Prepare meeting notes and track follow-ups and execution of next steps
- 0–2 years of administrative experience preferred
- Base pay range: $20.00/yr - $24.00/yr
