Salary:

The Property Accountant prepares financial statements and reconciliations for assigned properties under the supervision of the Property Accounting Manager.
Responsibilities- Prepare monthly financials including bank reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, variance analysis, capital and TI reconciliations, and cash flow projections.
- Complete CAM and real estate tax budgets and reconciliations.
- Handle AP, AR, and lease administration in accounting software.
- Assist with budgets, reforecasts, audit work papers, tenant reconciliations, and ad hoc reporting.
- 4+ years of property accounting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong financial analysis skills with real estate knowledge.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with MRI or Yardi preferred.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines with strong communication skills.
