Automotive Biller

Angela Krause Ford Lincoln of Alpharetta is looking to add a billing specialist to process the accounting paperwork for our car deals. This individual will be responsible for reviewing all deals for accuracy, including verifying GA TAVT, rebate compliance, and other regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have automotive billing background and be familiar with automotive accounting software, preferably CDK.

This position is full-time (40 hours).

Requirements:

• Basic accounting background
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of billing and/or automotive accounting experience
• Automotive dealership experience is required
• Familiarity with CDK Dealership Management System preferred
• Professional and positive demeanor
• Attention to detail
