Overview

We are partnering with a fast-growing start up company in the technology space looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team.

Position Summary

The Staff Accountant is a key contributor to the accounting team, responsible for general ledger activities, month-end close support, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This position works closely with internal stakeholders and supports ongoing business operations, including acquisition integration and ad hoc analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and accurately record accounting transactions in accordance with internal policies and ASC 606 revenue recognition standards, ensuring the integrity and reliability of financial data.
• Manage and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including detailed reconciliations, to support a smooth, accurate, and timely month-end close process.
• Perform account reconciliations and provide support during month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring compliance and consistency across financial statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1+ years of related accounting experience

$55,000 - $65,000 a year
