An established and rapidly growing private company is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its on-site team in Alpharetta, GA
. This is a newly created role due to company expansion and offers strong long-term growth potential, a collaborative team culture, and exposure to both accounting and finance functions.

• Perform daily reconciliations
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger and key balance sheet accounts
• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate data entry
• Contribute to monthly close processes, including journal entries and variance analysis
• Assist in developing and maintaining documentation for internal controls
• Support finance team with reporting, budgeting, and special projects

• 2+ years of full-cycle accounting experience (preferably in a smaller company environment)
• Strong understanding of transactional accounting and reconciliations
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks – exposure to broad responsibilities, not siloed roles
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
• CPA or CPA-eligible is a plus
• Experience with Net Suite ERP is strongly preferred
