$55.00/yr - $65.00/yr

This is an on-site position with an immediate need to hire a Contract Controller. The ideal candidate will oversee corporate financial reporting and JV partnership accounting while managing treasury and AP operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned accounting leader with multi-unit accounting experience and strong GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and distribute management company financial reports in accordance with GAAP and internal SOPs.
• Oversee the corporate accounting, treasury, and accounts payable functions.
• Manage JV partnership accounting, including distributions, cash forecasting, and investor reporting.
• Coordinate external audits and tax filings for the management company and JV entities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly preferred.
  10+ years of multi-unit industry accounting experience, including corporate or regional roles.
• Proficiency with M-3, Profit
• Sword is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and advanced Excel skills required.
