Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Perform routine inspections and repairs on interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting systems. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, ensuring energy efficiency and safety standards are met. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and operational experiences to anticipate future needs and minimize downtime.

Utilize CMMS systems to update work orders and track maintenance activities in real time.

• Universal EPA Certification.
• Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial or supermarket refrigeration systems.
• Willingness to join UFCW 951 and perform call-in work as required.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to operate various maintenance tools and equipment.
