About the Position
The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing patient health needs, planning and implementing individualized nursing care, and evaluating outcomes for assigned home health clients. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care across all age groups while ensuring compliance with established nursing standards and organizational policies.

Requirements
Minimum 1+ year of Home Health RN experience (Required)
Active Michigan RN License (must be active on LARA and/or Nursys) (Required)
AHA BLS Certification (Required)
Valid Driver’s License (Required)
Active Auto Insurance & Reliable Vehicle (Required)
Clean DMV/MVR Report (Required)
MI LTC Fingerprinting clearance prior to start (Required)

Experience with IV therapy, wound vacs, and central lines (Highly Preferred)
Non-local candidates only – must reside outside a 50-mile radius of Alpena, MI (Required)
Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a 40-hour guarantee
