Travel RN - Home Health

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health RN with active Michigan licensure, 1+ years of home care experience, and a valid driver's license.

Job Details

• Home health assignments serving clients in the Alpena, MI area,

• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday,

• No weekend or on-call requirements,

• Patient population includes neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric clients,

• Utilizes Epic EMR system,

Job Requirements

• Active MI RN license required,

• At least 1 year of professional home health RN experience required,

• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, active auto insurance, and clean DMV report required,

• Current AHA BLS certification required,

• MI LTC fingerprinting results required before start,

• Experience with IVs, wound vacs, and central lines preferred,

• Two supervisory references from the last two years and a recent home health skills checklist required,

• Must live more than 50 miles from the assignment location,

Additional Information

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned home health clients,

• Direct and supervise care provided by other nursing staff as needed,

• Adhere to established standards of nursing practice,

• Provide care across diverse patient age groups,

• RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days,
