Job Overview

MWA is actively seeking motivated individuals for manufacturing roles ranging from entry-level to experienced. Whether you're just starting out or bringing years of expertise, we have a place for you. Key Responsibilities

• Install roller coverings
• Perform trimming and sandblasting
• Participate in wet spray painting (as needed)
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Use tape measures and basic hand tools
• Operate machinery and follow safety protocols

Skills Needed

• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Understanding of mechanical drawings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction

Knowledge Required

• General understanding of manufacturing processes (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and safety practices
• Knowledge of material handling components is a plus

Ability to Implement

• Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
• Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Adapt to changing tasks and priorities
