Occupational Therapist needed asap for 13 weeks

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Active Drivers License, Auto-Insurance, Reliable Vehicle, and clean DMV Report - Required General OT - no specific specialty (need to see pediatric and general population) Mostly Outpatient w/ Acute Care Ortho, Neuro, Peds Experience - Required BLS (AHA) ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer) Dress Code:
Uniform or dress/casual clothes no jeans
