Overview
Residential Home Health and Hospice ("Residential") is looking to add to our care team. Our home health physical therapists collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans in a team-based environment. With a 20-year track record, Residential is a leader in the industry and is frequently named a Top Workplace by employees. This position serves patients in Alpena, MI and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $10,000 first-year success bonus for achieving key milestones, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required
- Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working
- Minimum of one year healthcare experience
- Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- Commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
- Ability to self-manage time and schedule
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
