• Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week – shift pattern across 5 days out of 7
• Shifts are early, mid‑day or late (r0515‑13.15, 1030‑1830 and 1200‑2000) meaning you can enjoy your evenings (yes, really!).

No two days look the same, but you can expect to:

• Prepare and cook fresh, tasty food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while keeping waste to a minimum
• Deliver fine dining and silver service for special functions and hospitality events
• Support new team members by coaching, training, and sharing your knowledge
• Follow recipe cards to create a range of dishes to consistent standards
• Manage stock levels, assist with deliveries, record kitchen data, and complete due diligence paperwork
• Help keep our kitchen pristine with regular deep cleans
• Monitor and log fridge, freezer, servery, and hot holding temperatures

You’ll shine in this role if you have:

• A relevant culinary qualification (706/1 or 706/2 or equivalent)
• A positive, team‑focused attitude and great communication skills
• Confidence in your cooking abilities and willingness to innovate
• Flexibility and a passion for quality
• The ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks
• 3 years UK residency and the legal right to work in the UK (due to sector requirements)
