Inventory & Operations Coordinator

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented to support daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, materials handling, order fulfillment, and general warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order processing, timely shipments, and a safe, organized warehouse environment.

• Accurately pick, process, and fulfill Revenue, Evaluation, and Transfer orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Assemble SKUs and manage all aspects of shipment processing, including packing, staging, loading, and unloading.
• Maintain precise inventory records and assist with routine inventory control procedures.
• Support physical inventory counts and manage the transfer of finished goods between locations.
• Assist with optimizing warehouse layout and improving space utilization.
• Promptly escalates unresolved issues to warehouse or operations management.
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, orderly, and hazard-free work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve warehouse efficiency and operational goals.

• Physically capable of lifting 40 lbs or more and standing/sitting for extended periods.
• High attention to detail; able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.
• Familiarity with inventory control methods, including cycle counting and reconciliation.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience operating electronic pallet jacks is a strong advantage.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
• Maintains composure and professionalism in dynamic and fast-moving situations.
