Een leidende organisatie in de jeugdzorg zoekt een ervaren Jeugdconsulent. In deze veelzijdige rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van veiligheidsplannen en samenwerking met zorgaanbieders. Je hebt een HBO- of WO-diploma in Jeugdzorg nodig, met relevante werkervaring. Het salaris bedraagt maximaal €5500 en je werkt 32 tot 36 uur per week. Er zijn ook mogelijkheden voor verdere professionele ontwikkeling.
