In een multidisciplinair team voer je medicamenteuze interventies uit, doe je intakes en werk je aan behandelplannen. We bieden een uitdagende functie met een contract voor onbepaalde tijd tussen 24-36 uur per week, met ruimte voor professionele ontwikkeling en aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden.
