YOUR ROLE

This is a transversal role, with exposure to all areas of the human resources, while having clearly defined responsibilities, namely Payroll & Benefits and HR analytics.

The role will also to provide strong support to the recruitment process, mainly at an operational level in the beginning stages of the process.

Additional ad-hoc activities may be requested, depending on business needs.

Payroll & Benefits (main focus)

  • All tasks related to payroll (support employees with payroll-related questions and issues; ensure compliance with legal and tax obligations, etc.);
  • HR Administrative management (employee records, hiring and termination processes, job contract management);
  • Time Management (ELO);
  • Occupational Medicine Management support;
  • Labour Accidents and Insurances Management;
  • Support in Compensation & Benefits activities (benefits administration, data support for salary reviews, incentives and benchmarking).

REPORTING & HR ANALYTICS

  • Preparation of HR reports and dashboards;
  • Definition, monitoring and analysis of HR indicators (KPIs) related to headcount, turnover, absenteeism, payroll, training and recruitment;
  • Support to management with data-driven insights for decision-making.

RECRUITMENT (major support focus)

  • Job ad posting and CV screening;
  • First contact with candidates and interview scheduling;
  • Initial screening interviews and participation in interviews for selected profiles;
  • Support in onboarding processes.

Other type of activities (minor support):

  • Support the team in the preparation and administrative management of training activities.
  • Support in internal and external audits, ensuring HR documentation and processes compliance.
  • Participate globally in Culture, Communication and Organisational Development activities: climate studies; specific-purpose employee groups, team building events, among others;
  • Contribute to the design, implementation and monitoring of Human Resources Processes and Systems projects: job manual, performance management, career plan, talent and succession management, among others.

OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related fields;
  • 5 years of experience in Payroll / HR Generalist;
  • Experience with cegid / PRIMAVERA (mandatory);
  • Experience with time management software (ELO preferential);
  • Experience with Compensations and Benefits programs (preferential)
  • Experience in HR Analytics (preferential);
  • Previous experience in recruitment is a plus;
  • Fluent in Business English (B2 at least);
  • Mandatory to be a Portuguese speaker.
