What We're Looking For

To excel as a Mortgage Funding & Post-Closing Specialist at Mercantile Bank, you will need strong verbal and written communication skills will be essential for interacting with customers and internal teams effectively.

Requirements:

* 1-3 Years experience in banking or mortgage operations and closing

* A high school diploma or GED

Preferred

Qualification:

* Understanding of mortgage regulations, construction draw processes and lending guidelines

* Knowledge of title policies
