Key Responsibilities and essential duties Strategic Financial Leadership- Act as the primary financial advisor to the executive team, providing insights for strategic planning, pricing, and capital investments.
- Develop and manage company-wide budgets, forecasts, and long‑range financial models.
- Oversee banking, lender relationships, and financing initiatives for growth and capital deployment.
- Manage corporate insurance programs, including property, liability, and employee coverage.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes in accordance with GAAP.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
- Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and coordinate audits and tax filings pemerintah.
- Monitor and manage product costing Highland boat manufacturing.
- Review material, labor, and overhead variances; partner with operations for corrective actions.
- Ensure accurate inventory valuation, including WIP, raw materials, and finished goods.
- Drive annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Analyze gross margins by product line and support pricing decisions through cost analysis.
- Oversee front office functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reception, and HR.
- Ensure effective use of ERP and accounting systems to support manufacturing operations. Recommend improvements where applicable.
- Manage all employee benefits, expenditures, and general insurance offerings for the Company.
- Promote continuous improvement in accounting processes, reporting, and data accuracy.
- Required bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA or CMA is preferred).
- 7-10 years previous experience as a Controller preferred, with progressive hands‑on accounting experience. Strongly prefer experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing cost accounting, standard costing, Bill of Materials requirements (BOMs) and inventory management.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing costing methods and financial analysis.
- Experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing setting.
- Advanced Excel skills; ability to analyze large data sets. Experience with EPICOR a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Detail‑oriented with a hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset.
