Technical Manager / Head of Technical About the Role We are looking for a detail-driven Technical services Manager to support and strengthen the sites Quality Management System (QMS) and technical compliance. This role is key to ensuring our food safety systems, documentation, and audit readiness remain robust, accurate, and up to date. Youll work closely with the wider Technical team, Production, Engineering, and NPD acting as the systems specialist who keeps the factory audit-ready and aligned with customer and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities Quality Management System & Compliance Maintain, review, and improve the sites QMS, ensuring documents are current, controlled, and compliant with BRCGS and customer standards. Own the document control process, including creation, revision, approval routes, and communication. Lead internal audits, schedule audit plans, and ensure timely close-out of non-conformances and corrective actions. Support HACCP and food safety teams with record-keeping, verification, and updates.
