Responsibilities
- General site management - leadership, organising, and monitoring site works
- Ability to conduct inductions and toolbox talks
- Competence in documentation and reporting
- Commitment to maintaining good health and safety practices
- Conducting general site inspections
- Fault response management
- Undertaking minor maintenance works, including cleaning hydro intakes, replacing building water supply filters and lighting, weed management, etc.
- Proficient use of Windows-based IT systems and basic office software such as emails (Outlook), word processing (Word), and spreadsheets (Excel)
- Availability to travel extensively across all sites
- Willingness to work outside and/or in excess of normal working hours
- Flexible approach to work
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Valid driving licence (maximum of 3 points, given the likely amount of driving involved)
