Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Workshop Fitter / Mechanical Fitter (Valves)
£30,000 - £34,000 plus extensive training & development, progression routes, rota day scheme, up to an additional 12 days leave, 33 days holiday + up to 5 more days per year, 8% pension, sick pay, life assurance, EAP, eye tests.
Workshop based. Commutable from Alloa, Glasgow, Stirling, Clackmannan, Cumbernauld, Falkirk, Dunfermline and surrounding areas.

As a Mechanical Fitter specialising in valves, you will be heavily invested in our growth, gaining specialist knowledge and clear progression routes even into leadership—all while maintaining a great work‑life balance.
In this role you will be predominantly site‑based and responsible for the overhaul, service and maintenance of valve equipment.
The Role- Overhaul and maintenance of valve‑based equipment
- Accurate on‑time completion of equipment repair within strict timescales
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Extensive training & development to become an expert across a range of equipment
- Clear and exciting long‑term progression routes
- Good communicator and team player
- Motivated by training, development and long‑term progression in a site‑based role
