Planning & Commissioning Officer

Overview

In line with the Integration Joint Board's Commissioning Consortium approach, to provide analysis, stakeholder engagement, project management, commissioning & contracting activities which have been co-produced with supported individuals, families, carers and staff to deliver an outcomes-based, person-centred quality service.

• Provide analysis to inform commissioning and contracting activities.
• Engage with stakeholders including supported individuals, families, carers and staff.
• Manage projects and coordination of commissioning activities to deliver a person-centred quality service.
• Coordinate contracting activities aligned with outcomes-based approaches.
