  • A safe and encouraging environment focused on wellbeing, learning, and confidence

About the role

As a Diageo Engineering Apprentice in Stirling, you’ll step into a hands‑on, high‑energy environment where curiosity is encouraged, and your development genuinely matters. This is your opportunity to learn from seasoned engineers, work with cutting‑edge technology, and grow your confidence within a supportive team that values diverse perspectives and fresh ideas.

You’ll join a community that wants you to thrive as an engineer of the future. You’ll also help build the next chapter of world-renowned brands.

What You’ll Get Involved In

Your final year will introduce working at any one of our 7 maturation south sites across central Scotland, operating independently with tradespeople and as part of a team of engineers

.

Entry Requirements

  • National 5 English
  • National 5 Maths
  • Additional National 5 in a Science, Technical or hands on subject.

Who Thrives in This Programme

You’re someone who shows up with curiosity first and confidence second — because you know real growth starts with being humble, asking questions, and being willing to work your way up. You’re not afraid to start at the bottom, learn from the people around you, and put in the hard work that makes progress feel earned.

You’re eager to develop yourself, open to feedback, and excited about opportunities that challenge you. You don’t need to be a leader every day, but when there’s a gap or a moment that calls for it, you’re ready to step up naturally.

Whether it’s a hobby that keeps your mind active or a bit of technical curiosity that spills into your spare time, you love exploring how things work. And yes, you’ve got enough physical energy to get the job done when the role demands it.

You’re real, grounded, and ready to grow. And that’s exactly what makes you stand out.
