A community wellness center in Alliance is seeking qualified Lifeguards for Summer 2026. Lifeguards will oversee the safety of swimmers, attend in-service trainings, and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude. Candidates must be at least 15 years old and should have current lifeguarding certifications from YMCA or Red Cross, and BLS (CPR) and First Aid. The starting wage is $12.00, with part-time staff receiving complimentary memberships and discounted rates for child care and programs.
