Dunham's Sports is one of the largest full-line sporting goods chains in the U.S. Founded in 1937 as Dunham's Bait & Tackle, we operate over 250 stores in over 25 states from Maryland to Montana.

We are looking for smiling, enthusiastic, sports‑minded individuals with knowledge of sporting goods to provide customers with excellent service in a fast‑paced, fun work environment. This position will carry keys to the store and is part of the leadership team.

• Provide excellent customer service as the primary responsibility.
• Handle store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Manage merchandising, operational, and administrative functions within the store.

• Previous retail supervisory experience required.
• Product knowledge in Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics required.
• Merchandising skills preferred.
• Demonstrated desire and ability to provide excellent customer service.
